Frequently Asked Questions
We highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure dedicated time with our consultants, especially for bespoke engagement ring consultations. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but priority is always given to scheduled appointments.
Your visit is a collaborative design session where we:

- Advise on craftsmanship, wearability, and long-term considerations
You’ll leave with clarity and a clear next step — no pressure, no obligation.
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are our peak consultation days and are primarily reserved for bespoke appointments.
While walk-ins may be accommodated if there is availability, aftercare services (cleaning, polishing, resizing) are not offered as walk-in or same-day services on weekends.
For aftercare, we recommend scheduling a weekday visit.
Most consultations take 45–60 minutes, depending on design complexity. This allows enough time to explore options comfortably without rushing decisions.
You don’t need to bring anything specific. If you have reference images, inspiration, or an existing ring to resize or redesign, feel free to bring them along.
