Diamond Ateliers is a private jewellery studio in Singapore. We do not operate a walk-in retail space — all visits are by appointment, which allows us to prepare relevant stones, design references, and dedicated time for each client before they arrive.

Getting Here
Our studio location is confirmed when your appointment is booked. We are based in Singapore and serve clients across the island. Parking is available. If you are travelling by MRT, we will share the closest station and walking directions when confirming your booking.
What to Expect on Arrival
Your consultation will be with one of our designers, who will handle your commission from this first meeting through to your final fitting. The session typically runs 45 to 60 minutes. You will have time to handle actual diamonds, see design references, and discuss your brief without rushing.
There is no sales pressure and no expectation that you will make any decision on the day. Many clients come for a first consultation and return a week or two later once they have had time to think. Both approaches work equally well.

ABOUT OUR SHOWROOM EXPERIENCE
Most people who walk in have never commissioned a custom ring before. That's fine — most of our clients haven't.
The first visit is a conversation. You don't need to know what you want, have a budget figured out, or have done any research. We'll ask about her — her style, how she dresses, what she already wears. We'll ask about your timeline and your budget, not to judge either but because they shape every recommendation we make.
Then we show you stones and settings you can hold in your hand. Most people are surprised by how different things look in person versus online, and how quickly clarity comes.
You'll leave knowing exactly what's possible and what it costs. No obligation to decide anything on the day.
You bring the idea. We bring three generations of craft, a process built around clarity, and a team that won't let an ordinary ring leave this studio.

Yes — for a bespoke consultation, book ahead. Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but we can't guarantee a slot, especially on weekends. Fifteen minutes on the booking page saves a wasted trip.
We talk. We ask about her, about your timeline, and about what you're trying to say with this ring. We'll show you stones and settings matched to what you describe — pieces you can hold and compare in person, not just view on a screen.
Most people are surprised by how much they figure out in a single session. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's possible, what it costs, and what the next step looks like. No pressure to decide anything on the day.
Weekends are our busiest days and are primarily reserved for scheduled consultations. Walk-ins sometimes work if there's a gap — but we can't promise it. If you're making the trip specifically to see us, book.
One more thing: aftercare services (cleaning, polishing, resizing) aren't offered as walk-in or same-day services on weekends. For aftercare, a weekday visit works better.
Most first visits run 45 to 60 minutes. Some go longer if you want to go deep on stone selection or design details. Block out an hour and you won't feel rushed.
Nothing essential. If you have photos that caught your eye — Instagram, Pinterest, anywhere — have them ready on your phone. If there's an existing ring you'd like to reference, redesign, or resize, bring it along.
