Lab grown diamond prices in Singapore have stabilised after several years of significant decline. Approximate price ranges for round brilliant lab grown diamonds in 2026: 0.5ct (E–F/VS1–VS2): SGD $300–$500; 1.0ct: SGD $900–$1,400; 1.5ct: SGD $1,500–$2,200; 2.0ct: SGD $2,500–$3,800; 3.0ct: SGD $4,500–$6,500. These are stone-only prices before setting costs.
What Affects the Price
Cut quality is the most important factor for beauty and should not be compromised for price. For colour, there is very little visible difference between a D and a G to the naked eye in white gold or platinum. Most lab grown diamonds at VS2 and above are eye-clean. As with natural diamonds, round-number thresholds (1.0ct, 1.5ct, 2.0ct) carry a premium — buying just below these thresholds is a genuine efficiency.
